Introduction to Kasai Rinkai Park: Tokyo Kasai Rinkai Park (Kasairinkaikoen) is a man-made seaside park with the theme of "harmonious coexistence of plants, water and people". The most spectacular thing in the park is the Ferris wheel, which is said to be the tallest in Japan. The top is equivalent to a 33-story building.
