Introduction to Dong Biwu Memorial Hall: Dong Biwu Memorial Hall is located in the shade of green trees on the mountainside of Bare Mountain on the east side of the cemetery. The whole museum covers an area of 5,000 square meters and a building area of 1,370 square meters. It is a traditional Chinese courtyard structure with white walls and blue tiles. , cornices and corners, with a simple and elegant style.
The memorial hall was first built in 1985. The name of the museum was inscribed by Marshal Xu Xiangqian. It consists of the main exhibition hall, the east-west exhibition hall, the film and television lecture room and the courtyard. In the center of the main courtyard is a bronze bust of Mr. Dong. On the pedestal is the six-character "Memorial Statue of Dong Biwu" inscribed by Comrade Deng Xiaoping. Behind the pedestal is the tomb where the ashes of Mr. Dong and his wife, He Lianzhi, are buried together. On the screen in the main courtyard, the words "Life of Comrade Dong Biwu" are written by the famous Calligrapher Mr. Qi Gong writes. The exhibition reproduces the glorious and great life of Mr. Dong, a great Marxist, proletarian revolutionist, one of the founders of our party, and the founder of the legal system of New China through more than 560 cultural relics, materials, and pictures.
