Introduction to the Guan Clan Library: The Situ family and the Guan family are the two prominent families in Chikan Town. Chikan Town is divided into two parts with Tangdi Street as the boundary. The upper port in the west is controlled by the Guan people, and the lower port in the east is controlled by the Guan clan. It is the territory of the Situ family. In the 14th year of the Republic of China (1925), the Situ family library was completed by the Xiabu River. From the top of the building, you can have a panoramic view of the whole town. In 1925, the Guan people formed a family library organizing committee, and construction started in 1927. In 1929, the Guan people's library was built, facing away from the Situ library. The size is comparable to the Situ Library. They use large German clocks and also have various precious collections. From then on, the big bells on the roofs of the two libraries rang over the ancient town.
