Hideo Introduction: According to legend, in the ancient times, the goddess Tamakiri picked up a red arrow by the Kamogawa River, and then she became pregnant and gave birth to the God of Thunder. After the God of Thunder grew up, he ascended to heaven. Later, when he went back to his hometown to visit his mother, he landed on a steamed bun-like mountain behind Kamigamo Shrine, so this place became the holy land of Japanese Shintoism.
