Introduction to Iwamoto Shrine: Located at the foot of the large cedar at the head of the shrine, it was called "Kasuga Shrine" in the middle and modern times. Kasuga Taisha Shrine is the beautiful place currently in front of Iwamoto Shrine. "Iwamoto" in "The Shrine Moved in the 22nd Year of Astronomy", in the early Meiji period, was divided into sub-shrines. The Sumiyoshi company in Nara Takashima City was different from Tanban, and the Iwamoto main shrine was merged together. Since ancient times, Sumiyoshi gods have been worshiped as gods of the sea and songs.
