Introduction to Seoul: Seoul was once known as Seoul. Between 5000 BC and 3000 BC, people settled in Amsa-dong, today's Gangdong District. After the Korean War, many people fled here to survive. Since then, the city has begun to be built and the population has gradually increased. On January 19, 2005, Lee Myung-bak decided to name Seoul in Chinese characters as Seoul, which means "the most virtuous city".
