Introduction to the Golden Palace: The Golden Palace is the central building of the Taoist Taihe Palace. The Bronze Palace is square, with a side length of 6.15 meters and a height of 6.7 meters. All beams, columns, brackets, doors, windows, tile roofs, altar tables, statues, The curtains, plaques, couplets and even the pavilions on the left and right sides of the platform base as well as the flagpole, seven-star flag, etc., including imitation wood components, are all cast or forged with copper, with a total weight of 250 tons, making it the largest pure copper-cast palace in existence in my country.
The entire Golden Palace building is exquisitely carved, well-proportioned, and beautiful in shape, and it imitates the double-eaves Xieshan-style wooden classical architecture in an extremely detailed and realistic manner. There are stone railings surrounding the base of the hall, and the steps, royal roads, and floors are all made of marble; there are city walls, gates, and battlements built outside the hall. There are towers on the city. At the back side of the hall, there are one camellia plant and two crape myrtle plants that are as thick as a hug. It is said that they were planted in the Ming Dynasty. Every year around the Spring Festival, thousands of camellias bloom, and the flowers are as red as fire.
