It is a courtyard house with more than 20 halls and Langfang rooms. In the hall hangs a plaque inscribed by Emperor Xianfeng on Gao Hongru, a Jinshi scholar. Inside, there are plaques on Emperor Daoguang of Qing Dynasty, who bestowed Gao Minggui with “talent and both civil and military skills”, and Emperor Xianfeng, who bestowed Gao Hongru with “Jinshi”.
