Introduction to the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall: The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is located on the platform on the south bank of Lianhuawu, covering an area of 564 square meters. In the center stands a bronze statue of Sun Yat-sen, 2.4 meters high. The bronze statue was cast in 1926.
The bronze statue was originally erected in Zhongshan Forest, which is now the People's Court, at the foothills of Ganbao News Agency. Later, due to urban construction, Zhongshan Forest was used as construction land. The bronze statue was moved here on the 90th anniversary of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's birth (1956 AD), and a memorial hall was also built at the same time.
