Introduction to Feiming Zen Temple: Feiming Zen Temple is the largest and highest-level Buddhist Zen temple in Mianyang City, located in the middle of the southern foothills of Luofu Mountain. During the reign of Emperor Wuzong of the Tang Dynasty, Zen Master Xuanjian built a Buddhist temple here. During the reign of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, Yang Si and Chai Qing presided over the reconstruction and changed it into a Taoist temple, giving it the name Xiangfu Temple. During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, it was renamed Yuxuguan. During the Shunzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, Master Chang Guang raised money to rebuild the Buddhist temple and restored its name to Feiming Chanyuan. From the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, it was expanded several times to form a large scale.
