Introduction to merit pillars: Entering the memorial hall, you are faced with eight merit pillars, built on the platform at the south end of the guide road. The pillars are 3.8 meters high, hexagonal in shape, and inlaid with light red matte granite. The upper end of the column is engraved with a pattern of a red flag holding the party emblem, symbolizing Li Dazhao's great achievements in the history of the Chinese revolution.
