Introduction to Toutian Gate: The first gate in the north, commonly known as Toutian Gate, is the outermost landmark building built by Li Ruxiang, a native of Linyi, Shandong, who was the magistrate of Longxi in the fifth year of Wanli. The plaque with the "higher height" was originally the second gate of Beitian and the third gate of Beitian. It was destroyed by a military disaster in the fifth year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty, leaving only the "No. 1 Gate in the North" archway.
