Bamboo forest introduction: Laolong Bay is the first natural bamboo forest north of the Yangtze River. Because the water in Laolong Bay has a constant temperature of 18°C all year round, the water is smoky in winter and the climate is cool and pleasant in summer, which is suitable for the growth conditions of light bamboo. The Danzhu beside Laolong Bay has a history of thousands of years. This bamboo has sprouted from the roots of the previous year since Guyu. The so-called "springing bamboo shoots after the rain" means that new bamboo shoots sprout after Guyu, and the sharp bamboo shoots will quickly rise up and stand gracefully. It only takes 18 days to surpass the old bamboo and grow tall enough, and then it will sprout branches and leaves. The new bamboo will be green and taller than the old trunk.
