Introduction to Xingtan Square: The Xingtan of Confucius Temple is located between Dachengmen and Dacheng Hall. Before the Song Dynasty, it was the main hall of Confucius Temple. The existing double-eaves cross-ridge building was rebuilt in the third year of Longqing in the Ming Dynasty. According to "Zhuangzi Fisherman Chapter", Xingtan was the place where Confucius lectured.
