Introduction to Shang Shuyuan Catholic Church: Bailu Shang Shuyuan Catholic Church was built by French missionaries in 1908 to train Chinese Catholic clergy. In the Wenchuan earthquake, this century-old relic completely collapsed in just eight seconds. The rubble became a mountain, the wooden pillars were intertwined, the white stone door broke into a trapezoid, and only the bottom of the thick semi-cylindrical door pillar remained. It is planned to be rebuilt on the original site.
