Introduction to the Royal Palace Museum: The Royal Palace Museum is the most suitable first stop for Luang Prabang tourism. This building does not have a long history. In 1904, the Royal Palace Museum was originally built on the Mekong River. It was the residence of the king and his family at that time. After the king's death in 1959, his son succeeded to the throne, and during the 1975 revolution, the palace was converted into a museum. Here you can also see the ruins of the Lancang Kingdom and many national cultural relics. The entire palace is splendid and dazzling, and the interior decoration is elegant and luxurious.
