Introduction to Luanhe Red Carp: The Luanhe River is rich in aquatic products, with a wide variety of fish, turtles, shrimps and shells. Among them, Luanhe red carp is the most famous. Three emperors of the Qing Dynasty visited Luanzhou seven times. Luanhe red carp was an indispensable delicacy and even became a tribute to the Qing Dynasty. What’s even more amazing is that with the Luanhe River Iron Bridge as the boundary, there are black carp in the north of the bridge and red carp in the south of the bridge. Although they are very close to each other, they never mix.
