Introduction to the Black Lamasery: The Black Lamasery built next to Caohai is the oldest religious site of the "Benbo Sect" of Tibetan Buddhism. It is the only black sect temple in Lugu Lake. The religious activities held in the temple according to the law have become a grand festival for the Mosuo people.
