Introduction to Pang Tong’s Tomb: Passing through Qifeng Hall is Pang Tong’s Cemetery. The entire ancestral tomb is surrounded by towering ancient cypresses and lush greenery. The existing tombstone was erected on September 19th, Yichou, the 48th year of Kangxi reign, by Governor Neng Tai of Sichuan. Pang Tong's tomb has a hollow stone roof with an octagonal phoenix tail pressed down. The tomb is a solid stone hoop cylinder with a circumference of 33 meters, like a huge general's helmet. Pang Tong's ancestral tomb was built in memory of him by later generations. Lu You of the Song Dynasty once sang "Lutou Mountain Passing Pang Shiyuan's Tomb".
