Introduction to the Luxembourg City Hall: The Luxembourg City Hall (Hotel de Ville) building was built from 1830 to 1838 in the neoclassical style. The two large bronze lions in front of the door were added in 1931. The fox sculpture gives a sense of unrestrained leisure.
