It is a polygonal attic with three outside and five inside and five eaves. It has five floors in total and a 2-story platform below. The diameter of the main column in the building is 0.8 meters, and the highest column is 32 meters long. The "Star of Filial Piety" selected from Macheng's previous "Ten Filial Piety and Hundreds of Good Deeds" selection activities is engraved in the building. As the first floor of the park, it will become a landmark building in Macheng City.
