HSB Turning Center Introduction: HSB Turning Torso is a 190-meter-tall, 54-story residential building designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calotrava. It was officially opened on August 27, 2005. Put into use. It is the second tallest residential building in Europe and the tallest skyscraper in Malmö.
