Introduction to the Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi Sakyamuni Cultural Center: The Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi Sakyamuni Cultural Center is located at the gate of the dam pit of Changtan Reservoir. It covers an area of ​​more than 20 acres and has a construction area of ​​more than 5,000 square meters. The building is modeled after a Buddhist temple in Singapore. The shape is novel and beautiful, rich in national style and incorporating the essence of foreign architectural art. It looks grand, solemn and magnificent.
The nine characters "Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi Sakyamuni Cultural Center" on the plaque on the archway of the Cultural Center were inscribed by Ye Xuanping, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. The front hall of the Cultural Center houses a hotel, library, and medical room. There are flower gardens and a life-release pond in the courtyard. , Bell Tower and Drum Tower; the backyard of the cultural center is the Big Buddha Hall and the Master Tower.
The ground floor of the Big Buddha Hall of the Cultural Center is the Hakka Folklore Exhibition Hall; the second floor is the gallery, which houses the 4.8-meter-tall Sakyamuni Buddha with a bronze body and gold lining given to Mr. Tang Xilin by the Thai monk king, and a Thousand Buddha Seat , enshrining 1,000 Buddha statues; the third floor is the auditorium; the top floor is the Shantong Pagoda; it is decorated with dragons and phoenixes, which imply good luck and symbolize soaring.
