Introduction to the Hooker Valley Trail: The Hooker Valley track is nine kilometers long and takes about 3-4 hours to go back and forth. It is the most famous trail in Mount Cook National Park. Along the way, you will be greeted by mountains, green peaks, meadows, and countless beautiful flowers such as Mount Cook lilies, just like shuttles in a landscape painting. The Alpine Memorial is an excellent base for overlooking the valley scenery; when approaching the Mueller Glacier, you can also enjoy the spectacular scenery of mountains and icefalls.
