Introduction to Shanmen Hall: Shanmen Hall is the first entrance hall on the central axis of the Zen temple. It is composed of two long rows of white stone steps. Standing under the stage, you can look up at the majesty of the hall; standing in front of the hall, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of the Free Life Pond, which can be said to be the best viewing place in the temple.
