Library introduction: The library of Nanjing University of the Arts was formed by the merger of the libraries (rooms) of Shanghai Fine Arts College, Suzhou Fine Arts College and the Art Department of Shandong University during the restructuring of colleges and universities across the country in 1952. It has a history of hundreds of years. The library has rich collection resources, including 800,000 volumes (items) of literature resources and about 23,000 electronic CDs. Art literature resources are particularly unique to this library. Professional literature on music, art, design, film and television from ancient and modern times, both at home and abroad, has reached considerable scale and is of high quality, becoming the essence of the collection. It is one of the libraries with the richest collection of art materials in Jiangsu.
