It is three stories high, with a double eaves verandah roof, a square plan, a construction area of ​​1360 square meters, and a seating capacity of 500 people. The interior was laid out according to a relatively modern theater at that time, with a foyer, lounge, auditorium and other service facilities, and auxiliary rooms were built around it.
