Introduction to the lobby: It was the place where the county magistrate held major ceremonies, tried major cases, and welcomed superior officials in the past. It has a width of five rooms and 21.3 meters, nine purlins, a height of 11.2 meters, a depth of 11.7 meters, and a construction area of 248 square meters. There is a warm pavilion in the center of the hall, which is the magistrate's court. On the front screen there is a colorful cypress "Sea Sunrise Picture", and on the black lacquered case are placed the four treasures of the study, the seal box, the gavel wood and the issuing order and other trial items. On the west side of the pavilion, there are drums, ceremonial guards and instruments of torture. There are two bluestone slabs on the floor in front of the pavilion. The plaintiff's stone is in the east and the defendant's stone is in the west. There are now four obvious kneeling pits on the stone.
