Introduction to the Second Hall: Also known as Qinzhi Hall, it is the place where the county magistrate handles general civil cases. It is five rooms wide, with seven purlins, 10.2 meters high and 10.7 meters deep. The couplet in front of the hall reads: "The law is carried out without relatives, and the orders are carried out without reason, and rewards and punishments are heavy and punishments are heavy and punishments are light." There is a public case in the hall and torture instruments on both sides. There are five wing rooms on both sides of the second hall, with a passing hall in the middle, from which you can reach the east and west flower halls and courtyards.
