Introduction to the stone trough: Not far from the entrance of Lover's Valley, the stream is clear and the granite is washed and polished into a stone trough that is two feet wide, three feet deep and more than ten feet long. The stone troughs are neatly cut and form a natural picture with the surrounding colorful granite walls.
