Introduction to Daxia Traces: The Daxia Traces Exhibition Hall collects more than 300 exquisite Xixia cultural relics excavated by archaeologists in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, including the Xixia artifacts known as the “Oriental Pyramids”. Dozens of national treasure-level cultural relics and national first-class cultural relics such as gilt-bronze bulls were unearthed from the royal tombs. It aims to comprehensively and truly reveal the unique charm of Xixia culture and the latest results of current Xixia studies from five aspects: Xixia writing, Xixia casting, Xixia porcelain, Xixia Buddhism, and Xixia architecture, thereby demonstrating the breadth and depth of ancient Chinese culture.
