Introduction to Century Tower: Century Tower, also known as Beacon Tower, was built in the late Northern Song Dynasty. The original site was on Sanjia Slope. Because Suyukou was a military fortress in ancient times, this tower was specially built for patrol and alarm. It was destroyed during the war. In the late 1950s, the local forest management bureau built it here to observe forest fires, so it is also called a fire tower.
Now the park has rebuilt the tower on the original site. The tower is an ancient hexagonal Qin and Han Dynasty style building with dense eaves of blue brick structure. The tower is 17.8 meters high, with a hexagonal pavilion on the top and cornices and wings. It is simple and generous, beautiful and practical. Climb the tower. Looking up, you can have a panoramic view of the natural scenery of Helan Mountain.
