Introduction to Zhongshan Park: Yinchuan Zhongshan Park was originally the site of the Wu Palace of the Yuan Dynasty in the Xixia Dynasty. It was the largest building in Xingqing Prefecture, the capital of the Xixia Dynasty. It was later destroyed by the war. During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, this place was the town's military barracks, commonly known as Xima camp. In 1929, Feng Yuxiang's subordinate Men Zhizhong built a park here and named it "Zhongshan Park". After more than 30 years of planning and construction, the park area was finally expanded to 780 acres.
