Introduction to the Summer Palace: The Summer Palace (Oscarshall) is located on the Bygdøy Peninsula in Oslo. It was built from 1847 to 1852 and is the old palace of the Norwegian royal family. The property is the private property of the King and Queen and was renovated in 2005. Standing at the top, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of the Oslo Fjord.
