Introduction to the Yaochi Bodhi Tree: The Yaochi Bodhi Tree is one of the "three treasures and one wonder" of Nanshan. It is about 16 meters high, with a width of 8 meters in diameter, a trunk diameter of about 1.1 meters, and a circumference of 3 meters. It is more than 300 years old, and its branches are lush and green. The bodhi tree is native to India and its real name is Bedoro. It is a sacred tree in Buddhism. According to legend, monks from the West once preached Buddhist scriptures and achieved Bodhi under this tree, hence the name. Bodhi trees are extremely rare in my country. It is said that only Guangxiao Temple in Guangzhou and Nanshan Temple in Guigang have one each in the Guangdong and Guangxi regions.
