Introduction to Savatthi City: Savatthi City is commonly known as the Buddha City and is dedicated to the City God, Lord Guandi, the Third Buddha, Maitreya Buddha, etc. On the first and fifteenth day of every month, or during festivals, the emperor came here to burn incense and worship Buddha, and the leading eunuchs acted as monks and went to the temple to chant sutras.
