Cathedral introduction: Oslo Cathedral is the third church in Oslo. It was opened on November 7, 1697 by Bishop Hans Rosen. The internal decoration work was not completed until around 1720. In 1950, to commemorate its 900th anniversary, the church underwent extensive renovations.
