Statue introduction: The museum was built in 1913. Like the Oslo City Hall, it is a design work by Arnstein Arnberg. Outside the museum there is a bust of two people. They are an American couple who spent their entire lives studying the history of Norwegian pirates and achieved significant results. It is said that the pirate ship in the museum was their archaeological discovery, which led to the creation of this museum.
