Introduction to Gonggeer Mountain: Gongeer Peak is 7719 meters above sea level and is one of the world's famous peaks. The peaks are pyramid-shaped and made almost entirely of rock, ice and snow. Gonggar means "brown mountain" in Kirgiz language. It is said that conquering Gonggar is as difficult as Qomolangma. It was not until 1981 that a British mountaineering team reached the summit for the first time from the south slope. Its north peak is particularly dangerous, and no one has reached the top from the north slope so far.
