Abbey introduction: The Millenary Benedictine Abbey of Pannonhalma (Pannonhalma Abbey for short, or translated as Pannonhalma Millennium Benedictine Abbey, Pannonhalma Abbey) was founded in 996 In 1998, the first national school was established in order to educate Hungarians. In 1055, the monastery wrote the first Hungarian archive. From the continuity of architectural style, it can be seen that the building was finally completed in 1224.
