Introduction to Place de la Concorde: Place de la Concorde in Paris is located in the center of Paris and on the north bank of the Seine River. It is the most famous square in France and one of the most beautiful squares in the world. The square was built in 1757 according to the design of the famous architect Cabriel. Because there was an equestrian statue of Louis XV in the center of the square, it was named "Louis XV Square" in 1763. During the Great Revolution, it was renamed "Revolution Square". In 1795, it was renamed "Place de la Concorde". Later, the famous architect Hitofer presided over the renovation, and finally formed its current scale in 1840.
