The French government made a series of reorganizations and adjustments to the University of Paris, forming 13 independent universities, which are now Paris. 1st to 13th Universities. On January 1, 1971, the 13 new universities of Paris were established at the same time. Each of the 13 new universities was independent and had no affiliation. The number only represents the order and has nothing to do with quality or reputation.
