Introduction to Liubufang: Liubufang is the second courtyard of the county government. It is called "Liubufang" by the central government and "Liufang" by the local government. The six rooms are arranged symmetrically, all with blue bricks and gray tiles, and a six-purlin hard mountain front porch. "Li", "Household" and "Li" are in the east, "Bing", "Xing" and "Gong" are in the west. Each of the six houses performs its own duties, and is managed by the magistrate as a whole. The decision-making power rests with the magistrate, while the executive power rests with the six houses. This can be said to be "separation of deliberation and action."
