Introduction to Cloth Hall: Cloth Hall is a Renaissance-style building and one of the most famous landmark buildings in Krakow. In the golden age of the 15th century, Krakow had a large supply of imported products from the East, and it exported textiles, lead and salt from the Wieliczka Salt Mine. As the city declined at the end of the 18th century, the Textile Hall was restored in 1870, making it one of the proudest achievements of this period. The Textile Hall has entertained countless guests over the centuries and is still used to entertain monarchs and notable figures.
