Introduction to Guanyin in the South China Sea: Located on the top of Longwan Hill in the southeast of Putuo Mountain, the statue is 33 meters high and weighs more than 70 tons. It is the largest bronze statue of Guanyin today and is also a symbol of the Sea and Sky Buddha Kingdom. The base of the Buddha statue is a merit hall with an area of more than 1,000 square meters. The upper floor enshrines 500 bronze statues of Guanyin in various shapes. The lower hall is decorated with large boxwood carvings of Guanyin's supernatural stories and colorful jade reliefs with the scenery of Mount Putuo as the theme. It is exquisite.
