Introduction to pottery: The bone tools unearthed from the Karuo site include bone drills, bone needles, etc. The various bone needles are of very fine workmanship, indicating that the production and tool-making skills at that time were at a very high level. In addition, there are also pottery fired with various patterns, among which a double-body pottery pot is the most prominent. The Karuo site was discovered in 1978, with a total area of about 10,000 square meters. It is a kind of pottery dating back about 4,000 to 5,000 years ago. It is a cultural site of the late Neolithic Age. The site has been excavated with an area of about 1,800 square meters, and 31 house remains, 3 sections of stone walls, 3 stone enclosures, 2 round stone platforms and 4 ash pits have been discovered. Tens of thousands of cultural relics were unearthed, including 7,978 stone tools, more than 200 pottery pieces (of which 46 can be restored), 368 bone tools, about 50 decorations, etc.
