Introduction to Cao Men Hall: Cao Men Hall was built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty. It is an ancestral hall of the Wang family in Qiankou. The hall was destroyed during the "Cultural Revolution", and now only the front porch, foyer and verandah remain. The existing entrance hall not only reflects the characteristics of the mid-Ming Dynasty in the structural styles such as the shuttle pillars, brackets, and sparrows, but also follows the "Zen-like" ancient methods from the Song and Yuan Dynasties on some components. It is a rare Ming Dynasty example in China. Civil buildings.
