Introduction to the inscription: An inscription written by the Second Armed Police Traffic Detachment. The predecessor of the Second Traffic Detachment of the Armed Police was the Duku Highway Road Construction Force. This force later undertook road construction projects such as China-Pakistan, Xinjiang-Tibet and Desert Highways. The inscription on the stele says: "The road is like a lying stele, and the stele is like an upright road."
