It is divided into two floors. The upper floor is dedicated to a statue of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and the lower floor is the Lotus Pond Haihui Tower, which is dedicated to the throne of the deceased Lord who is in the Paradise of Paradise in the west. It means to pray for the purity of body and mind, to avoid reincarnation, to pray for the deceased to be reborn, and to transcend the ordinary and become holy.
