Most of the city walls are made of local materials, made of rubble, and some are made of city bricks and long strips of stone. The height and width of the Jiaoshan Great Wall have obvious characteristics of adapting to the mountain conditions. The height of the Great Wall here is generally 7 to 10 meters, and the average width is 4 to 5 meters.
